A key element of Al Ryum’s success is our willingness and desire to adapt to the latest developments in the landscaping and construction industries. We not only invest in technology but also take pride in training our staff in how to use these new, innovative tools to achieve optimal results for our clients.
At Al Ryum, we are moving towards an increasingly digitized workflow by introducing a digital transformation that incorporates cutting-edge programs to replace manual and/or outdated procedures and systems with newer technology to drive efficiency and performance.
Part of that process is transitioning from the traditional Computer Assisted Design (CAD) approach to the 3D and BIM programs to design and document our clients’ projects. This update has increased our efficiency in planning and design, giving our clients a clearer picture of the expected project outcome before construction even begins. With the preliminary design phases improved, BIM also increases the efficiency of the construction and operation across all projects. We are also investigating the potential for 3D printing to fabricate construction materials and associated products.
On site, we employ GPS technology to monitor labor activities and materials, as well as to map and track progress within construction zones. Our crews are able to reduce the time spent surveying sites whilst our cutting-edge GPS technology provides more accurate data about the construction area.
